i'm not sure if kenpachi will have a romantic relationship, though i can imagine the farthest soft side he will have is his love to his lieutnant, that pinky girl....

but i didn't think unohana would be that scary though...

Well, in those previous chapters there were that zanpaktou in human shape (if I remember right) And Unohana hasn't really ever used her zanapktou.
And about the scar, if she isn't his zanpaktou, then I think she got that scar from fighting Yamamoto. Maybe she she was a criminal in the past and yamamoto fought her and gave her the scar o she respected him an followed him.

Meh, I watched too many bleach chapter reviews, they are full of theorys so riught now my bleach theory is messed up.

she did use hers once in the first arc and it looks like a big greenish flying stingray. As for Zaraki, he doesn't have a shikai or a bankai because he never bothered to gain them
