(Sorry I've been lurking but haven't had enough time to actually post, what with school and all.)
Rai nodded still looking at Argos, a faint smile upon her lips as she saw his eyes start to open. "The guild was going to use them to...." she choked up shaking her head, lsteeling herself for what she was about to say. "Dispose of the bodies..which would be ruined after the proceedure was done..." she looked off to the side, not looking at the girl next to her who nearly died because of the machine.
Freed shook his head towards Natus, walking over towards him, heels clicking lightly against the floor. His voice was but a whisper, which held to it a challenging, almost amused tone.
"Would you really let Gray beat you out in this race?" he knw the best way to get him to participate now that their nakama were safe, was to turn it into a competition. Especially if it was one with Gray, Natsu would be all over this...hopefully.
