9.I think that Lyon is a good and a bad element in the triangle because:
a)Gray's childhood rival, of all people in FT, falls in love with the girl that is in love with Gray?Sure Mashima, we didn't notice!!!It will make Gray think if he likes or not Juvia and Juvia be more confident about herself and her surroundings.
b)Since Gruvia has more chances to become canon, I feel sorry for Lyon if he is in love with Juvia(don't get me wrong, I just think he has a crush on her) and she will be with Gray in the end...Poor Lyon, I don't want you to be alone

I think he is a bad element in the triangle for being Gray's rival.
I think it could cause a lot of confusion not only in the readers but in Gray too. About how much of what he is doing is because its Juvia, and how much of it is because he is Lyon. For me it would have been better to involve any other person in the triangle, since Lyon is an important figure in Gray's life.

I think it could cause a lot of confusion not only in the readers but in Gray too. About how much of what he is doing is because its Juvia, and how much of it is because he is Lyon. For me it would have been better to involve any other person in the triangle, since Lyon is an important figure in Gray's life.

I also believe that Lyon is a bad element in the relationship, at least for the decision Gray has to make. I can only hope he'll make the decision solely on what he feels for Juvia and not be cause Lyon is his rival and he has to be better than him.
For Juvia it can be a good thing because ever since people around her used to say that the rain annoying, she hasn't experienced another guy who likes her other than Gray and that way she can verify her feeling for Gray and be sure they aren't just a crush(that is cleared though since Meredy stated that Juvia's feelings for Gray were very strong)
